The Location of Intercultural Mediation

Intercultural Mediation takes place in a space of interferences between different settings and types of aculturation, culture and behavior. Each and every party comes into the mediation space with its own "bag", comprised of thoughts, beliefs, fears, and expectations. The mediation has the task to build up a space of credibility and trust between the parties, leveling the power inbalances andsupport the parties on their way to the ownership of their own decisions.
